The IT Manager will plan, organize and manage all IT applications and technology throughout the organization. They are responsible for developing IT growth plans and creating annual and project budgets consistent with the Company growth plans. Responsibilities also include managing outside IT vendors, consultants and service providers.

Qualifications:

  • IT related degree and /or,
  • 3-10 years proven work experience as an IT Manager / relevant related field.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.

The Appointment Coordinator’s primary focus is to greet each person that comes in the office, check the patients in, schedule their next visit and assist all patients and families with any questions or concerns they might have.

The primary function of the Finance / Insurance Coordinator is to schedule, process, and track all patient financial accounts in a timely, organized manner. The Finance / Insurance Coordinator also provides assistance with insurance and tax-saving benefit plans that might be available to the patient/family.

The Laboratory Technician’s primary function is the fabrication of various types of lexans, Mouth Guards and Soft Splints.  They also order and maintain supplies and submit RX for appliances.

The Orthodontic Assistant’s primary functions are to prep the patients, assist the Orthodontist and close all chairside procedures. The Orthodontic Assistant also provides patients and parents with orthodontic instructions and dental health education.

The Orthodontic Diagnostic Records Technician’s primary focus is to obtain accurate and clear Diagnostic Records for all new patients, recall visits and Lexan removals.  The Orthodontist utilizes the Diagnostic Records to diagnose and treatment plan for each patient.

The Sterilization Technician’s primary focus is to sterilize all instruments and chairside supplies while maintaining the patient flow.

The Treatment Coordinator’s primary focus is to meet with all new patients to explain the diagnosis and treatment recommendations provided by the Orthodontist. The Treatment Coordinator works very closely with the Orthodontist on patient treatment planning and coordination of treatment sequences.
